 Reporting to an Executive Vice President, Gerald will negotiate content agreements with cable and satellite operators, as well as seek additional distribution opportunities with broadband and wireless operators. He will also oversee the companys Western Region. Hes excited about his prospects and volunteered these comments:

 The company is under new leadership, and the President I know will take the company to new heights. The compensation package had a base that is $60k higher than my highest base ever. Total annual compensation is $39k more than my best year ever. There is growth opportunity for me individually, as well as the opportunity for job empowerment and responsibilities I never would have had at my previous job.

 One thing that stuck with me from my first conversation with Tom S and throughout my entire 4 month, extensive search process, is that the team really built my confidence.
